With its start as a humble food cart in Vermont, The Skinny Pancake has grown into a beloved restaurant group known for its commitment to local sourcing, from-scratch cooking, and community connection. Now open in Peabody at the Northshore Mall’s dining pavilion, they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert seven days a week—including crepes, burgers, coffee, beers, milkshakes, and vegan/gluten-free options.

They’ve brought their mission of serving wholesome, locally-sourced food and being a positive force in every community they join. We’re thrilled to welcome The Skinny Pancake to the area and celebrate their continued growth in the Northeast!
