The Skinny Pancake is now open at the Northshore Mall!  Fun and affordable food created with local, organic, and healthy ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert!  The Skinny Pancake serves a variety of food, with a focus on crepes, but also offering burgers, salads, and other options. They are known for using locally sourced ingredients and having vegan and gluten-free options.





Entrance along 'restaurant row' on the Route 114 side of the mall, with access from outside or from the dining pavilion.
